Hood System Sales & Installation
We specialize in installing hood systems. Our professional installation team performs high quality work and will take care of the installation process from start to finish. Please give us a call and we can give you a customized installation estimate.
A typical commercial kitchen ventilation system includes an exhaust hood, metal welded duct work, exhaust fan and a supply air fan (which provides adequate make up air to replace the air that is being removed by the exhaust fan). Type 1 hoods also include a fire suppression system. The entire system must be installed according to local building code requirements. We only sell and install UL listed/approved hood systems that will meet building code requirements.
Our Typical Type 1 Hood System Proposal Includes:
- Mechanical Plans & Drawings Required to Obtain a Permit
- Install UL Listed/Approved Type 1 Hood
- Install Makeup Air System (Supply Fan)
- Install Exhaust Fan
- Install 2 Layers of 5/8" Drywall Behind Length of Hood (if needed)
- Install Stainless Steel Wall Flashing Behind Length of Hood
- Install Welded 16 Gauge Grease Duct
- Install UL Listed Fire Wrap on Duct Work
- Install Supply Curb & Seal Into Roofing
- Install Exhaust Curb & Seal Into Roofing
- Coordinate Installation of Fire Suppression System (Completed by Ansul Installer)
- Ensure All Inspections & Requirements For Permit Approval Have Been Completed
Walk-In Refrigerator/ Freezer Sales & Installation
We specialize in walk-in refrigeration installation. We provide a custom walk-in cooler/freezer boxes to meet your needs - large or small, we install them all! We also sell custom walk-in/reach in coolers and freezers with glass display doors, beer cave coolers, and cooler/freezer combo boxes. We have EPA certified techs on staff to install the refrigeration systems.
